SQL 2000 time outs *resolved* -

We have about twenty users on our system. Normally there are no problems but recently they started getting locked out with a [Microsoft][ODBC] SQL Driver] Timeout expired error. We can't really tell what sequence of events were going on at the time because the system is large and busy.

Is there a way in SQL 2000 to find out what is locked? Some kind of logging or something. I poked around the system help but don't see anything.
