Time zones (again) -
I have searched the archives, and find several questions on the subject of local time vs GMT/UTC. None address my particular requirement – I need to know the local time at any one of several different locations. For example, when the app is queried on a PC in London, what is the local time in Hong Kong, or what is the local time in Mumbai? I assume there must be some way to call the GetTimeZoneInformation API for a time zone other than the one the PC is set to.
Any ideas?

Is there any way to take advantage of the different time zones? I need a program that can tell what time it is right now in different parts of the world , taking in to consideration also winter and summer time. I know the information is hided somewhere in my computer.

All times are GMT -6 hours. The time now is 08:25 PM.
This is out an hour. At GMT -6000 it is 07:25 PM.

I have a server that is sending me data where all the timestamps are GMT. How do i look at the local system to determine the local offset to GMT.
the server does not follow daylight saving time, sometimes EST is 5 hours behind GMT, other times it is 4.
