Excel Column traversing -

I have 216 colums, and I need to get the sum of each column. Is there any way for me to traverse through each column?

Here's the info I have, and what I'm trying to do:

1. my rows are a variable (ex:146)
2. I have 216 colums
3. I need to get the sum of 146 rows in each column and place it into a corresponding column on another sheet.

If there's a way to list a column as an integer as opposed to a letter(A1:A46 where A is the column), I can traverse. Or if there's another method of moving columns that'll work too.
