Exporting Data Report to HTML format -

In a Data report , I have drawn horizontal and vertical Rptline controls around my rows and columns to
give it a table like effect .....( like a grid structure )

Although in the output I can view all the lines ......in a grid format , when I export the report to HTML format ,
the vertical lines do not appear in the HTML output ..... although the horizontal lines appear ......

Is there any setting that I have to make ? or any other method of displaying the report in form of grid structure .
