Data Types, and File Saving -

I am doing a forced mailmerge from access to a word document, the table in my database I am using to do the merge from has a currency field in it. When I look in the field it has the $0,000,000.00 format, however when I do the mailmerge it formats it to the text of 0000000 how can I set it to keep the currency format?

Also how can I have access save the current open word document as something to a specific folder?
