Browse through a proxy, proxy options for ieframe/shdov...dll -

I want to make the web browser to browse through a proxy, but I don't know how, there isn't an option for it when I type
webbrowser1.
Anyone know how to use a proxy?
Ex. If you use Internet explorer, Tools > Internet options > Connections tab > LAN settings button > Proxy server, and enter the proxy server IP.
Or for firefox:
Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Settings > Manual proxy configuration.
