Create a meter/gauge on a form -

Hi,
I want to represent a percent value from 0 to 100 as an analog meter or gauge on a form.
I'm thinking I have to use the Line function to create the needle and Circle to create the arc.

Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
